Why Multiple Intelligences, Emotional Intelligence, Motivation, and Leadership are Important

Before we can begin to prepare for the work force, we must understand ourselves and what lies within. This module will assist you in learning more about the different types of intelligence that exist and where you fit it. You will also assess your leadership skills. This can help you see your strengths and help you strengthen your weaker areas. The better you get to know yourself in this module the easier it will be to develop a clear career path that really suits you, your intelligence style, and your leadership qualities.
